NINA MURILLO

Nina Altagracia Murillo is a ballet folklorico dancer based out of Oakland, CA. She began dancing when she was 11 years old and found a deep connection to her roots and culture that could be expressed through movement and performance. While Nina has developed in a healthcare career, she continues to return to dance in a celebration of self, community, and connection. Her family has watched her perform countless times and she always hopes to do them justice for the love and support they have given her.
